This site and its content are operated by Yiğit Azad Polat ("Yiğit Polat", "we"), based in Mersin, Türkiye. In these terms, "site" refers to the yigitpolat.co domain and its sub-pages; "user" or "you" refers to the natural person visiting the site or making use of the services.

These terms cover all content on the site, the contact form, any membership and progress-tracking areas, and the online part of any consulting and mentorship relationship initiated through the site. Where a separate written agreement is concluded for a specific service, the particular provisions of that agreement shall prevail; these Terms of Use are supplementary.

The services offered by Yiğit Polat consist of one-to-one consulting, coaching and mentorship in the fields of personal development, physical fitness, discipline and motivation, together with informational content. These services and the site content are provided for educational purposes, to share personal experience, and for general information.

Yiğit Polat is not a physician, pharmacist, dietitian, physiotherapist, psychologist or therapist. The services and content offered:

• do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, examination or prescription,
• do not involve the supply, sale, mediation, recommendation, sourcing guidance for, or encouragement of the use of any medicine, hormone, supplement or substance,
• do not replace clinical psychological diagnosis or treatment,

You must make any decision regarding your health, medication, nutrition or psychological condition by consulting a licensed and authorised health professional. Yiğit Polat reserves the right to update, change or withdraw these Terms of Use and the site content at any time. The current terms take effect the moment they are published on the site, and your continued use of the site after publication means that you accept the updated terms. Changes that materially affect a service agreement already in force apply to a party to that agreement only within the framework of applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to the jurisdiction rules under consumer legislation, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Mersin shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the terms or from the use of the site.

For users who qualify as consumers, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the applicable monetary limits and to the Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence is reserved. No provision may be interpreted so as to force a consumer before a court outside their place of residence in a way that removes the mandatory rules that operate in the consumer's favour.
