I have been doing this for six years. With some of my clients we are into our fifth or sixth year and we are still working together.
Below I explain how the whole process works if you train naturally with me. Take your time reading it, so you are not left with questions at the end.
Let me say this first
Most people start training and quit a few months later. The reason is usually not a lack of discipline. Someone sold them a dream. That body in three months, that result with that supplement. When it does not happen, they blame themselves and stop.
Training naturally takes time, and I say that up front. There is no shortcut. But when it is built properly it genuinely works and it lasts. I tell you exactly how long it takes and how far it goes.
What you were told
- That body in three months
- Guaranteed result with this supplement
- No side effects, do not worry
- The program is ready, just start
The reality
- The timeline depends on the person
- Supplements are a small part of it
- Side effects are monitored and managed
- The program is written for you
Getting started
First I need to know you
When you write to me we do not talk about programs straight away. How old you are, how long you have trained, how many days a week you can actually go, how your work is, how you sleep, what you eat at home. I ask about all of it.
Because the program is built around your life, not the other way round. If you can go three days a week I will not write you a five-day program — if I did, you would quit two weeks later.
First week
I build your file
I build a file that belongs to you. What you eat, what you lift, what you take — all of it sits on one page and lives on your phone.
I build the nutrition around food you can actually eat; I will not hand you a list that leaves you hungry. With supplements I only write what genuinely works, and I do not empty anyone's pockets with long product lists.

Through the process
A report every week, an adjustment every week
Once a week you send a report. Your weight, your measurements, your photos, how you feel. I read it and change whatever needs changing.
When I change something I also write down why. If you disagree with something we talk about it. I never give the same program to two people; everyone's body and everyone's life works differently.
One week
When your pace drops
One Sunday a report did not arrive from a client. I wrote to him the next day. His motivation had dropped, work had been heavy, he had missed a few days.
The same day I rebuilt the program around his life and he picked up where he left off. You will fall out of your routine, that is normal. What matters is how quickly you come back.
What goes on in your head is my job too
What we talk about through the process is often not training at all. It is his work, his relationship, whatever is on his mind. Whatever you tell me I listen without judging and it stays between us.
Building training into your life really means building discipline into it. Once discipline settles, the rest of your life starts falling into place too. I am there for that part as well; I am not just someone who writes you a workout.
Sleep
how many hours, broken?
Temper
has it gone up
Motivation
how is it going
Your head
whatever is there
After
It does not end when you reach the goal
Holding the shape is harder than building it. After you get there I keep writing programs and asking for reports; I do not wait around for you to slip.
If further down the line you start thinking about an advanced protocol, we talk about that together too. There is no rush, we decide when you are ready.
With some of my clients we are into our fifth or sixth year. As long as they stay, I stay.
Year 1
first cycle, exit, natural period
Year 2
second plan, measured
Year 3 and on
by now you know what you are doing
People I have worked with
These are my clients. Some went into their first cycle with me, with others we have been working for years. The photos are shared with their permission.
These results are not the work of one cycle; they come from consistent training and proper monitoring. Wherever you start, your road gets built the same way.
What happens when you write
You write, and I ask about your situation. We talk about what you eat, how you sleep and how many days a week you can train. We look at whether this fits you, and if it does not I say so on day one. If it does, I build your file and we start.
I do not charge for the first conversation, and I do not do sales talk, so write comfortably.
That is how the process works. Without selling anyone a dream, without promising shortcuts, built around your life.
If something is on your mind or you want to start, write to me and let's talk.
