Mersin
I have been doing this for six years. Most of my clients run advanced protocols, and with some of them I have been working for five or six years now.
Below I explain how the whole process works if you train with me. Take your time reading it, so you are not left with questions at the end.
Let me say this first
Most people start training and quit a few months later. The reason is usually not a lack of discipline. Someone sold them a dream. This cycle will give you that body, in three months you will look like this. When it does not happen, they blame themselves and stop.
I do not sell dreams to anyone. We talk about how long it takes, how much of it stays with you and what you are actually risking, right at the beginning. I also tell you the parts you will not like. Sometimes I say this is not right for you at the moment, because that is the honest answer.
What you were told
- That body in three months
- Guaranteed result with this cycle
- No side effects, do not worry
- The program is ready, just start
The reality
- The timeline depends on the person
- How much of it stays is discussed
- Side effects are monitored and managed
- The program is written for you
Getting started
First I need to know you
When you write to me we do not talk about programs straight away. How old you are, how long you have trained, whether you have used anything before, how your work is, how you sleep, how things are at home. I ask about all of it.
Then I ask for your blood work. If you do not have any, I tell you where to get it done and what to have tested. I cannot map out a road without knowing where you are starting from, and if I did it would only be guesswork. I do not work with guesswork.
I look at your values. If I see a problem we fix that first and then start. If that means waiting a few weeks, we wait. I do not rush anyone, and I do not rush myself either.
Sometimes we wait for the right time
If something in your blood work is not settled, we fix that first. If you are young and still have room to grow naturally, I tell you that openly too. If it means waiting a few months, we wait. There is no rush.
Saying this is not turning anyone away, it is just waiting for the right moment. A process that starts at the wrong time does not end well, and then I am the one who has to put it back together. I put your health above my own income, and I have worked this way for six years.
With this panel we waited three weeks, the pressure settled, then we started.
First week
I build your file
I build a file that belongs to you. What you take, what protects you, how you eat, how you train — all of it sits on one page and lives on your phone.
Protection is not something added later. It is planned together with the protocol. Your exit plan is written into the file on day one and it is included in the price; I do not ask for extra money for it afterwards.
I do not write the compounds, the doses or the day-by-day schedule here. That is yours, and we talk about it between us.

Through the process
A report every week, an adjustment every week
Once a week you send a report. Your weight, your measurements, your photos, how you feel. I read it and change whatever needs changing.
When I change something I also write down why. If you disagree with something we talk about it; I am not here to give you orders. Just ask me before you add anything yourself, because even a small addition can throw the balance off.
I never give the same program to two people. I look at your photos, read your report, listen to how you talk. That is how I understand what someone actually needs. I have no template, and if I did none of this would work.
One night
When something goes wrong
The process does not always run in a straight line. One night a client messaged me that his blood pressure had gone up. I updated his file right away, changed the salt, the cardio, the protection and how often he checks in. Two days later his values were back to normal.
The hour does not matter to me. Someone using on his own would have noticed that weeks later, and maybe never. That is what I am here for.
I do not continue without looking at your blood
We run blood checks through the process. Hormones, liver, lipids, blood pressure. You feeling fine is not enough for me, I need to see the values.
If something has climbed, we act on it. If the dose needs lowering we lower it, and if the process needs stopping we stop it. If your health is going to suffer, that muscle is of no use to you.

What goes on in your head is my job too
A protocol makes you irritable, breaks your sleep and sometimes makes you feel bad for no reason. I ask about these in the weekly report as well, because this is exactly where most people quit.
In any case, what we talk about through the process is usually not the protocol at all. It is his work, his relationship, whatever is on his mind. Whatever you tell me I listen without judging and it stays between us. You can tell me what you have told nobody else.
Building training into your life really means building discipline into it. Once discipline settles, the rest of your life starts falling into place too. I am there for that part as well; I am not just someone who writes you a workout.

The real work is when the cycle ends
Most people are left on their own once the cycle finishes. That is also where they lose what they gained, because nobody plans the exit.
Your exit plan is ready from day one. We bring your system back up, check your values again, and what you gained stays with you. I do not leave you standing there because the cycle is over; we keep the same monitoring through that period too.
The exit
This plan is written into your file on day one.
After
The cycle ends, our work does not
After the exit we carry on naturally. I keep writing programs, asking for reports and watching your values through that period. When and whether we plan another one, we decide together. There is no rush.
With some of my clients we are into our fifth or sixth year. Whoever starts with me usually stays with me. As long as they stay, I stay.
Year 1
first cycle, exit, natural period
Year 2

Year 3 and on
by now you know what you are doing
People I have worked with
These are my clients. Some went into their first cycle with me, with others we have been working for years. The photos are shared with their permission.
These results are not the work of one cycle; they come from consistent training and proper monitoring. Wherever you start, your road gets built the same way.
What happens when you write
You write, and I ask about your situation. If you have blood work I ask for it, if not I tell you where to get it done. We look at whether this fits you, and if it does not I say so on day one. If it does, I build your file and we start.
I do not charge for the first conversation, and I do not do sales talk, so write comfortably.
That is how the process works. Without selling anyone a dream, without rushing you, without putting your health at risk.
If something is on your mind or you want to start, write to me and let's talk.
